The regular meeting of the board of directors was held on Tuesday, Nov. 23. All directors were present. Also attending were CEO Ron Holcomb and attorney Brian Garrison.
The year-to-date margin was $1,778,329. The cooperative currently has an equity rate of 33.91%, and 1,309 new services were installed as of that time in 2021. The next regular meeting of the board is Tuesday, Jan. 25.
